Volunteer Requirements
Every volunteer who interacts with the youth of CKAA must be in compliance with CKAA Policy 1.0 - Volunteer Interaction with Minors, as well as all policies in place for the Diocese of St. Augustine.

Below are the steps required to volunteer as an official, coach or dugout parent. Please ensure that you are cleared and up to date on all required activities listed below as well as being identified in the Registration System for CKAA at www.ckaajax.com BEFORE Interacting with CKAA players.

Steps to Complete
Step 1.
Ensure you are Registered
Register/log in as a volunteer at www.ckaajax.com and volunteer for a specific role like Head Coach, Assistant Coach, or Dugout Parent.
There are 2 ways to Volunteer.
1. Complete while you are registering your player(s).
2. Review the Instructions in the PDF to the left.
Step 2.
Complete the Live Scan Background Check

Must Complete and be cleared before interacting with youth players
​
Must renew every 5-years
Live Scan:
You will be required to enter your contact information and demographic information. You will be asked to provide other personal information which is required by the FDLE / FBI in order to process your history screening background check. You will be prompted to find a local scanning facility and to schedule an appointment. Payment arrangements will be requested. Instructions, maps, etc. for the facilities are provided online.

• Click on ‘Schedule an Appointment'
• Enter the ‘Fieldprint Code’ - FPStAugustineVol
• Enter Personal Information and continue
• Demographics – i.e., citizenship, place of birth, etc.
• Employer – Enter your location address
· Role – Volunteer
· Location – Christ the King Parish
· Title or Function – CKAA coach
Step 3.
Protecting God's Children (PGC)
Must Complete and be cleared before interacting with youth players

Must renew online refresher every 5-years
