There is now a way for players and parents to see how they progress over the course of a season and over the years spanning several key metrics.  The CKAA Player Scouting Report, powered by Skill Shark, will utilize several evaluations throughout the season, as well as any lessons during the season as part of the CKAA Skills Academy.

Track your player's progress, see how they stack against the averages, and see areas for development.  Use the information to help your player focus on areas for specialized development and see how that translates to improvement over time.  Coaches and evaluators scout your players, rate them on their skills, record some of the activities, and provide feedback on what was done well and what can be done for improvement.  All of this information is available to you.  See below for a sample of a report for a basic season.  As the seasons build on each other, and more data is captured, then the better the value.  Taking pitching, hitting, or fielding lessons, the data will be captured in the Skill Shark evaluation tool and made available to you.
